Empower Through Music: Breaking Barriers, Building Confidence
Inclusive music education for neurodivergent and underserved youth since 2018.
Our Beliefs
Who We Are
Empower Through Music (ETM) is a CRA-registered charity. Since 2018, we’ve worked to make music education accessible by providing free, inclusive programs for neurodivergent and underserved youth—building self-expression, confidence, and community. We believe music is a right, not a privilege.
Proof & Numbers
Why It Matters
Research shows music improves learning, communication, and emotional well-being. For neurodivergent students, music can be a bridge where words fall short. For underserved youth, music creates access to enrichment and belonging often denied by systemic barriers. Every lesson, every instrument, every student proves the same truth: music changes lives.

The Science
The NeuroHarmony Method
Our programs are powered by the NeuroHarmony Method — ETM’s unique teaching approach that replaces rigid lessons with adaptive tools, kinetic learning, and self-directed exploration. We measure progress by joy, engagement, and participation, ensuring every child has the chance to thrive.

Stories That Inspire
Trusted by Parents. Loved by Students.
“Empower Through Music brings the joy and power of music directly into our classroom, creating real connection, communication, and confidence for neurodiverse students. Their team meets each child where they’re at, tailoring instruments and songs to individual strengths, and the impact we’ve seen has been profound.”
Thank you again for bringing Empower Through Music into my classroom—it truly is a gift, I appreciate it more than I can say, and the impact on my students has been so meaningful that I’m still seeing it show up in the things they choose to explore and create.
This year our LALS students received 16 weeks of music lessons through Empower Through Music with amazing instructors who brought energy, positivity, and encouragement, and week after week I watched students shine as they grew in confidence, creativity, and joy.
Empower Through Music has been transformative for my LALS students—Kris and the team create an inclusive, accessible music experience that students look forward to each week, improves attendance and regulation, builds pride and confidence, and even provides instruments so underprivileged students can pursue their passions.
